slight UK shipping: There is currently slight delays with deliveries due to Royal Mail under pressure with Covid restrictions. We will keep you updated if any changes arise.
International shipping: There are currently significant delays to a number of countries due to a lack of available transport links and suspensions of certain country’s postal operations.
Returns & Repairs

for a full refund or exchange you can currently return your items up to 28 days after you receive them.
Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
Earrings can be returned on the agreement that the customer covers the cost of replacement ear hooks
